Fermented Vegetables –  PROBIOTICS:

I saved my cabbage and beets and parsley from my garden before
the cold snap hit, and added carrots, garlic, himalayan salt celery (juice).

I used Dr. Mercola’s Vit K2 starter to produce huge amounts of Vit K2.

My finished vegetables were
A) Caraway – Dill ;
B) Firefly Kimchi – Tumeric, chipolte chilli, dill
C) Plain
