The program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses, which ended in 2019, bringing the total to $7.4 million.

Gain of Function Research:
Many scientists have criticized Gain of Function research, which involves manipulating viruses in the lab to explore their potential for infecting humans, because it creates a risk of starting a pandemic from accidental release.
According to a December 2017 NY Times article, “these researchers risk creating a monster germ that could escape the lab and seed a pandemic.”
2017 – Dr. Marc Lipsitch Harvard School of Public Health’s Communicable Disease Center told the Times that — Dr. Fauci’s NIAID experiments “have given us some modest scientific knowledge and done ALMOST NOTHING to improve our preparedness for pandemic, and yet risked creating an accidental pandemic.”
In October 2014, following a series of federal laboratory mishaps that narrowly missed releasing these deadly engineered viruses, President Obama ordered the HALT to all federal funding for Fauci’s dangerous “Gain of Function” experiments.
Dr. Fauci, NIAID and others got the moratorium waived and sent the U.S. funded “Gain of Function” virus research & MILLIONS to the Virology lab in Wuhan, China.

1) After the SARS epidemic in 2002, there were 3 SARS epidemics. They got together and they developed about 30 different vaccines, and they chose the 4 most promising models. They tested them on ferrets which are the animal that is most analogous to human reaction to upper respiratory infection.
When the ferrets were later exposed to the wild Corona virus, they all had body wide inflammation in all their organs, and they died.
2) 2014 Tony Fauci had developed a dengue vaccine, and in the clinic trials for the dengue vaccine they saw some of the same signals. The people who got the vaccine and then later were exposed to the virus got very sick. They gave it to the Philippines, and the Philippines gave it to 100,000 kids. Many of those kids, when they finally encountered the wild dengue virus, became horrendously sick and 600 of them died.
3) RSV vaccine – In the 1960s, the FDA and NIH had tested an RSV vaccine which is very similar to corona virus. …They had skipped animal studies and they had gone right to humans. They had tested on 35 kids. “The kids again developed a sterling antibody response, so they thought they hit the jackpot. But when those children were exposed to the wild virus, instead of protecting them against it, the vaccine actually enhanced the pathways of the virus. Two of those kids died.
Paradoxical Immune Enhancement or Pathogenic Priming
The corona virus does something interesting when it provokes the antibody response. There are two kinds of antibodies. There are neutralizing antibodies which are the kind that defend you from disease. There’s another kind of antibody called a binding antibody that actually helps the virus stick to your receptors and it makes it much, much more dangerous. That’s the kind that is produced by the coronavirus vaccines.
Dr. Fauci in beginning of the pandemic announced that animal trials could be skipped and go straight to human testing.

Dr Li-Meng Yan fled China under threat to reveal her country’s cover-up about the origin of coronavirus. She is now in hiding in the US.
Dr. Yan was working as a virologist last December at Hong Kong University’s public health laboratory sciences division, a World Health Organisation infectious diseases research centre. Her boss, Professor Leo Poon, asked her to investigate a mysterious cluster of SARS-like virus cases in the Chinese city of Wuhan. Professor Poon was one of the scientists engaged in identifying the genome sequence of the 2003 SARS coronavirus epidemic. What Dr Yan found would be ignored by Beijing and further suppressed by the regime and its scientists. Early in January she knew from the family clusters among the Wuhan cases there was human-to-human transmission and that other scientists in China had sequenced the COVID-19 genome.
On January 23, eight doctors were arrested for putting warnings about coronavirus on social media – authorities called it “spreading hoaxes” and then on February 7 one of them, Dr Li Wenliang, died. During February, Dr Yan’s sense of alarm rose as coronavirus began its global spread, with clusters emerging in Lombardy, Italy, on the Diamond Princess berthed at Yokohama, Japan. hopefully now it is more obvious why - Jeremy Hammond turned up a page published in March on the website of the NIAID, which operates under the National Institutes of Health (NIH), announcing the beginning of a phase one clinical trial for Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine. The webpage notes that Fauci’s NIAID is “funding the trial.” Furthermore, Moderna’s candidate vaccine “was developed by NIAID scientists and their collaborators” at Moderna.
- Similarly, I was able to immediately pull up a page from Moderna’s website listing the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as a “strategic collaborator”, with the foundation having “entered a global health project framework agreement” in January 2016 “to advance mRNA-based development projects for various infectious disases.”
